The Government Finance Officers Association has announced the City of Maryville has received the Distinguished Budget Presentation Award for its fiscal year 2019 Budget Document.
The award reflects commitment of the governing body to meet the highest principles of government budgeting.
Maryville's budget serves as a policy document, financial plan, operations guide, and communications device. Maryville has won the award for seven consecutive years, since 2012.
